"We ordered the Arayes which was flavourful & well presented. We also ordered poached firm eggs. The disappointment was in how airy the bread was - many holes in the slices. Plus there was a bit of water on the plate from the eggs which wet the bread. Service was very good though."

"10/10 all around! I've had top tier coffee from here multiple times + the cabinet is stellar and unique. Finally sat down and tried their brunch menu today as well and was absolutely blown away. Amazing combination of flavors and ingredients - the Noki Benny with pork belly stole the show Nice they have covered outdoor seating with protection from the wind (dog friendly ) + cute minimalist vibe indoors"

"A busy cafe with delicious cabinet food options. I tried their halloumi potato hash sandwich, kimchi scone, maple matcha. I loved the matcha, the kimchi scone was such a unique blend to the cheese scone. The halloumi sandwich was nice too but bit hard to tear into, soggy bread at some place, not a great cabinet option. Only con was waiting very long to takeaway my kimchi cheese scone."

"We walked over 30 minutes for this place! What started off as a wet and windy morning in CHCH, ended up as a warm and cozy breakfast with full bellies! She had a matcha latte with honey (very green) and I had an iced americano (decent). We’ve found it’s hard to find a good matcha in NZ, so we were elated to have found a good one here. We started out with the savory kimchi scone which was delicious. Still thinking about it to this day. Mains consisted of the coconut mushroom and the spicy pork sisig. Both were very good. The sisig was very heavy so don’t plan on doing much after! Service was also very attentive and sweet. Strong WiFi. Would come back! 7.8/10"

"A cost cafe located opposite Carlton Hotel, Papanui Road. We ordered cappuccino, hot chocolate, savoury muffin & eggs. The muffin felt a bit stale. Otherwise the food is really good. Nice ambience. Warm staff hospitality."

"Well recommended. Go here. The food was spectacular. A Korean fusion with amazing looking cakes. The flavours were great. Took the family of four for breakfast and we all loved it. From the chicken rice porridge, the kedgeree and various other dishes. All were well prepared and tasty. In would recommend checking this out for a breakfast with a little twist."
